📄️ KYRA:Docs User Guide
The introduction of the Documents v2 task included the concept of 'Acceptable Documents' and a new user experience which uses this concept to introduce efficiency into the process and allows users to be guided by the system. Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) is the next step in the evolution of the Documents v2 task and it has been embedded as a configurable option. Ultimately IDP allows users to drop one or more documents into the dropzone and with the use of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) amongst other tools, the system takes care of the rest, from classifying the documents, extracting relevant document metadata, linking the documents to the relevant requirements and even completing the task automatically in the happy path scenario.
📄️ KYRA:Complete User Guide
Bolstered by an agentic offering, autocompletion of tasks represents a huge step forward towards straight-through-processing within the application. Based on feedback from our clients, we have noticed a trend whereby Data, Documents and Related Parties Tasks would have been fulfilled in an initial onboard, and are then brought into scope again in the context of a Review or Maintenance Journey. A User would be forced to re-complete these Tasks without providing any value, as everything required of them had already been fulfilled. Taking this away, we came to the conclusion that if a User has already satisfied all outstanding validation in a previous Journey, we should not force them to re-complete a Task where they are not adding value.
📄️ KYRA:Signal User Guide
KYRA:Signal is a capability that allows the system to identify when a field has changed value and to then determine the significance of that change. This AI-powered feature allows the application to go beyond simple change-detection, by allowing the application to assess the level of change. The output of this significant change can then be leveraged in our Journeys to trigger dynamic logic.
