Product Connected Journeys supports the use of parallel child journeys to focus on activities required for 1 or more products. This is optional configuration that can be used to rapidly accelerate the path to revenue for simpler products, while continuing to capture required inputs for more complex products.
📄️ Deals
In Fenergo SaaS a deal is created to contain a structure of products and any related entities or supporting data. A deal can be captured and updated within the context of a journey via the Manage Deal task and is captured directly against the entity in which the journey is completed.
