Flow Initiators

Flow Initiators define the trigger event that starts your Flow Execution. You would identify the appropriate Initiator early in the design phase of your integration. Each Initiator provides a different starting context and data. They can also provide a different User Experiences as well.

Integration Flows includes native support for Journeys, External Data and Policy Adapters. Outside clients can also initiate a Flow Execution with our API Initiator. Screening Adapters are also fully supported using our API Initiator.
