Document Generation: Related Party Association Limit Increase

The Automated Document Generation task now supports up to 500 direct related party associations, up from the previous limit of 50.

Previously, the Automated Document Generation task would fail entirely when an entity had more than 50 direct related party associations. This limit was misaligned with the real-world data structures of clients with complex corporate structures, including funds, trusts, partnerships, and large ownership populations.

The following changes have been made:

  • The maximum number of direct related party associations processed for Related Party Data has been raised from 50 to 500.
  • The maximum number of related products processed for Related Products Data has been raised from 50 to 500.
  • When an entity exceeds either limit, the task no longer fails. Instead, the document is generated using the first 500 records for the affected data set.
  • When truncation occurs, a user-visible warning is displayed that includes the actual count and the applied limit.

Note: Document Generation continues to support direct relationships to the main entity only. Nested related party connections (second- and third-level associations) are not included in generated documents.
