Screening V2: Enhanced Hit Resolution and Materiality Assessment
Screening V2 introduces two redesigned screening tasks across On Demand Screening (ODS) and Ongoing Screening (OGS). A new ODS: Screening Resolution & Materiality task combines hit resolution, hit classification, and materiality assessment — including, for the first time, materiality at Related Party (RP) level with one consistent outcome stored per RP. A new two-stage OGS: Screening Resolution & Client Selection task formalises the review of hits from periodic screening and drives the right downstream work per affected client.
This release enables you to:
- Resolve screening hits with a Match / No Match decision, a reason, and optional supporting evidence
- Classify confirmed hits by PEP tier, jurisdiction, sanctions type, or other configurable classification data
- Assess materiality at entity and Related Party level, with one consistent outcome stored per RP
- Reuse a previous materiality assessment where the same match has already been assessed
- Apply a defined sanctions proceed flow and escalation process for confirmed matches
- Upload and preview supporting documents at entity and match level
- Review Ongoing Screening results in two stages — resolve hits per entity in Stage 1, then select which clients require a downstream ODS journey in Stage 2
- Trigger downstream ODS journeys for selected clients, with OGS-raised hits clearly highlighted
- Auto-complete the screening task when no hits are returned from the provider
- View historical screening match decisions and materiality outcomes directly on the Entity Profile page via the new Screening Assessment Outcomes tab, without opening completed tasks
