Product Related Party Launchpad

The Product Related Party Launchpad is a new task type that allows due diligence journeys to be triggered for related parties associated with products in a journey. It operates within a Product Connected Journey, mirroring the behaviour of the Related Party Journey Launchpad V2 in a product relationship context.

When the task becomes active, it evaluates product RP associations for all draft products in the journey, filters by the configured association types, deduplicates by RP entity, and launches exactly one child journey per unique qualifying RP entity. If no qualifying RP entities are identified, the task transitions to Done immediately without launching any child journeys.

The task is configured in Journey Builder with two mandatory fields: Journey Type, which determines the journey schema applied to each qualifying RP entity at launch time, and Product Association Types, which filters which product RP associations are evaluated at runtime. The following task sequence must be followed in the schema: Product Related Party Launchpad → Product Related Party Checkpoint → Merge Product RP Drafts → Verify Product RPs → Verify Products.

The Products domain must be enabled for the tenant for the Product Related Party Launchpad task type to be available in Journey Builder.
