Handling Investment Account Offboarding in Concurrent Journeys

If an Investment Account is offboarded in one journey while another journey containing that account remains in progress, the platform now detects the change when the Investment Account task is opened, reopened, saved or completed. The account is either removed automatically or, where a draft exists, displayed as read-only until Save is selected. An inline message explains what has changed and, where action is required, what to do next.

Any draft changes against an offboarded account are not applied to it: the "Current Verified Data" held at the point of offboarding is retained. Conflicts relating to the offboarded account are resolved automatically and are not surfaced in the Conflict Resolution task.
