Screening V2: Support for Virtual Documents

Screening V2 now supports virtual documents as supporting evidence, at entity level and at hit level.

The Add Virtual Document button appears next to the upload control in the ODS and OGS screening tasks, under the same conditions as the upload control. Virtual documents follow the same rules as uploaded screening documents. Client integrations can also create virtual screening documents, and delete screening documents, through the Screening API.
