KYRA:Policy: Decision Log, Publication Status and Traceability

Analysts and auditors can now see a permanent record of every decision made in a KYRA:Policy review, who pushed each entity type to a workspace and when, and trace a workspace requirement back to the analysis that produced it. This is available automatically to everyone using KYRA:Policy.

Decision log

  • A read-only record of every resolution reached during a review, kept after the analysis is published and locked.
  • Each record shows what changed, the old and new values, who changed it and when, plus the reviewer's note.
  • Publication is recorded on the log, with a View entity policy link to the workspace so you can see the changes.

Publication status and attribution

  • The Policy Agent Activity grid shows how far each analysis has progressed, including Partially published and Policy workspace created, and a new Pushed to workspace column shows who pushed each entity type and when.
  • Once an entity type is published, it is read-only.
  • Delete is not offered on published analyses, so the decision log stays available.

Analyses completed or pushed before this release have no decision records, and earlier pushes show Unknown.

Traceability from the workspace

  • Fields created or updated by a push carry a View source reference in their References tab, linking back to the analysis that produced them, on the right entity type.

Permissions impact

No new permissions are introduced, and no existing permissions change. Access to the decision log, the Policy Agent Activity grid and the View source reference follows your existing Policy Agent permissions, so no changes to your Teams are needed.
