Agency Offboarding: Offboard Managed Relationships, Products and Funds
A new Agency Offboarding journey enables users to end 1, many or all agency relationships, from a single fund's relationship up to a full Investment Manager exit. The journey will offboard the selected Managed Relationships and their Managed Products, offboard each Underlying Principal that has no active agency relationship left, and create Data Deletion Processes so that data is retained in line with the configured Data Protection Regimes.
This release will enable users to:
- Launch Agency Offboarding from an Investment Manager or an Underlying Principal that has at least one verified, active Managed Relationship.
- Select Managed Relationships in the new Agency Offboarding Scope task, using filters, Select Page and Select All, and record a mandatory offboarding reason. Selections can be saved and resumed.
- Review readiness in the new Agency Offboarding Review & Execution task. Users can then confirm offboarding and follow progress on a live dashboard.
- Selected Managed Relationships will be Offboarded with all their associated Managed Products
- The Underlying Principal associated with each Offboarded Managed Relationship will be automatically offboarded when it has no other active Managed Relationships.
- Agency Offboarded entities with have all in-scope Policies Offboarded (as with full Client Offboarding) and Data Deletion Processes created for each.
- An Agency Offboarded chip will display on the EPP for all Offboarded Entities. The chip will show the offboarded and data retention dates on mouse-over.
Administrators will need to configure a journey schema with the Journey Type "Agency Offboarding", adding one Agency Offboarding Scope task followed by one Agency Offboarding Review & Execution task. As with Client Offboarding, Data Protection Regimes must be configured for any policies that require a specific retention period (mandatory for Global), along with a Data Deletion journey. When a retention period ends, the Data Deletion Scheduler will launch a Data Deletion journey to delete the offboarded data.
Permissions Impact:
No permissions are impacted. Agency Offboarding will use the existing journey, Entity Profile and Data Protection Configuration permissions. No new permission is introduced and no existing permission is changed.
