Order Data Groups by Category in the Manage Products Task

The Order Data Groups by Category toggle is now available on the Manage Products task type in Journey Builder. When enabled by a Configurator, data groups are displayed within their assigned Policy Category section on the Manage Products task — consistent with the existing behaviour on Data Tasks and Review Tasks.

Configurator steps:

  1. Open the Manage Products task type in Journey Builder.
  2. Navigate to the task properties panel.
  3. Enable the Order Data Groups by Category toggle.
  4. Save and republish the journey.

End-user impact: When the toggle is enabled and the journey is published, data groups appear within their assigned Policy Category sections on the Manage Products task. When disabled (the default for all existing and new tasks), data groups continue to appear at the bottom of the task in alphabetical order. No change to existing task behaviour on deployment.

When Enable All Product Categories is also enabled on the same task, the Product Categories section header and the Order Data Groups by Category toggle remain visible. The product category configuration table is hidden.
