ETL (Extract Transform Load) Beta Release

This tool allows users to upload .CSV files with client data - extracted from multiple sources - directly through the UI to create or update client records. The ETL tool offers several key features to streamline data processing. It supports flexible data loading and transformation, allowing users to upload data from one or more tables in .CSV files while enabling joining, filtering, and transformations before loading it into the system. A preview feature lets clients quickly validate data transformations and mappings, ensuring fast and accurate adjustments. Additionally, the tool provides comprehensive validation, ensuring all entity data is verified before being loaded into the system. With real-time monitoring, users can track the progress and outcomes of validations and data loads, enhancing observability without requiring extensive technical support. Currently supports 10,000 entities of each entity type, 'Individual' , 'Company' and 'Other' in one migration project.

Significance Engine - First Release

The Significance Engine introduces an AI-driven capability to evaluate the change in a field's value, and marking that change as either "Significant" or "Insignificant". Users can configure prompts to define what constitutes a significant change, which the AI will use when determing the significance of a field's change in value. The AI will provide transparency in why it made its decision, and this decision can also be overridden by a user where required. The outcome of "Significant" or "Insignificant" can then be leveraged within the Journey to drive further conditionality and logic. Please note that this functionality is not available on live production tenants.

Custom Journey Types in Bulk Upload functionality

  • Description: This feature will allow Users to dictate the Journey Types that are launched for the Journeys for Entity Creation and Entity Update respectively. This is selectable at a Bulk Request level, offering greater flexibility in specificying the specific Journey Types you expect to see relative to that request. By default, the default Journey Types for Entity Creation and Entity Update are "Client Onboarding" and "Maintenance" (existing behaviour).

Conflict Resolution Review

The Conflict Resolution task can now be reviewed after the task has been completed. This provides users with a view of the data conflicts that were displayed within the task and the selections/decisions made by the user when resolving those conflicts.

Financial Analysis Combined View

The financial analysis task can now be configured so that the Actuals, Scenarios and Summary Tab can be merged in a singular view. This will empower users who have a preference to see this data merged on the same screen. Previously, a user would not have this option as the Actuals tab would be mandatory for the Financial Analysis task.
