Automatic Naming of New Managed Relationship Entities

Managed Relationships entities are integral to the agency data model. They are optional and can be left unnamed or can be manually named. We've added an option to automatically apply a "Legal Entity Name" value that follows the format: "MR - [Agent Legal Entity Name] - [UP Legal Enttity Name]".

Managed Relationships in Conflict Resolution Review

Conflict Resolution was previously updated to retain resolved conflicts for review as a completed task. We've enhanced this to also retain resolved conflicts for Managed Relationships. No configuration or enablement is required. When the Conflict Resolution task is completed with MR conflicts, they will be available for review in the completed task.

Data Deletion Enhanced to Preserve Related Party Data and Documents

The Data Deletion feature has been enhanced to ensure that entity records with outbound associations (i.e. where the entity is a Related Party to another entity) are not fully deleted. Instead, Client-specific data and documents are removed, while Related Party information is preserved. This ensures compliance with data protection regulations while maintaining critical relationship data.

Digital Agents Now Available

Fenergo’s Agentic Platform introduces a suite of Digital Agents that automate high-volume Client Lifecycle Management tasks. By embedding AI into the heart of the platform, our Agents bring automation, intelligence, and governance together-helping institutions reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and focus their skilled staff on the cases that truly matter. There is huge potential in reducing manual workloads and creating value from your data by deploying our trusted Agents.

Bulk Creation of Risk Configuration Items

This enhancement introduces the ability to bulk upload risk configuration items using a CSV file.

It reduces the manual effort of uploading items one by one by allowing configurators to prepare a CSV file of values and their associated risk levels, then uploading them all at once.
