Risk Sub-tabs in Review & Approvals

The Risk Details section of the Review & Approvals V2 task now supports configurable risk sub-tabs, surfacing journey-scoped risk assessment results for Entity Risk, Product Risk, and Related Party Risk directly within the reviewer's task.

When Risk Details is enabled on a Review & Approvals V2 Profile, a Risk Details Configuration section is now available within the profile. Configurators can select which risk sub-tabs are displayed in the task:

• Entity Risk — selected by default, preserving the previous behaviour.
• Product Risk — displays results from a Product Risk Assessment task run earlier in the journey.
• Related Party Risk — displays results from a Related Party Risk Assessment task run earlier in the journey.

Each sub-tab shows the output of the corresponding risk assessment task, provided that task was completed earlier in the same journey instance. Risk sub-tab data is always scoped to the current journey — historic risk assessment results from previous journeys are never displayed. If no applicable risk assessment task precedes the Review & Approvals task, the corresponding sub-tab will be empty.

The Product Risk sub-tab follows the scope of the Product Risk Assessment task in the journey. If that task has Only Assess Products Created/Updated Within Journey enabled, only results for those products are shown. If it has Save to Entity enabled, product risk scores may flow into a downstream Entity Risk Assessment — and the Entity Risk sub-tab will reflect this if the Entity Risk Assessment runs before the Review & Approvals task.
