Screening: Performance with Large Entity Lists and Batches

Screening now stays responsive when a task shows many entities, and large screening batches no longer fail because of internal processing limits.

• Faster entity lists: The left-hand entity list in screening tasks renders only the rows visible on screen, so large lists stay responsive as users scroll.
• Reliable match results: Match results load page by page without missing entries.
• Large batches: Batches with many entities are processed in smaller parts, so they complete instead of failing.
• Larger hierarchies for scoping rules: The Screening Scoping task now runs scoping rules on hierarchies of up to 10000 entities.
