KYRA:Docs — Document Data Extraction V2 brings the review of extracted entity data, data groups, and related parties into a single, unified task. Reviewers can now compare extracted information against the current entity record, understand the outcome assigned by KYRA:Docs, and record an explicit resolution before any changes are applied. This release replaces the legacy extraction experience with a more controlled, transparent, and auditable review process — supporting both standard and Maker-Checker journeys.

KYRA:Report is a new digital agent that lets users build and run reports using natural language. Rather than writing SQL, users describe the data they need in plain language and KYRA:Report generates the query, runs it, and returns the results ready to preview, refine, save, schedule or analyse. The agent is schema-aware, resolving the correct fields and parameters for your tenant, and retains conversation history so users can resume a session or reuse a query later.

KYRA:Screen now includes a configurable Screening Instructions page, giving compliance and configuration teams direct control over how the agent evaluates and resolves screening hits — without any code changes required.

This enhancement doesn't require any actions to enable — System Default Instructions are applied automatically. We strongly recommend reviewing them and amending or supplementing them with custom instructions specific to your organisation before your next screening run.

This release introduces KYRA:Policy, a new Fenergo Digital Agent that automates the analysis of policy documents. Analysts can upload a PDF policy document, review AI-extracted requirements classified by entity type, field type, and confidence level, and compare them against existing Fenergo Policy configuration — all within a single, auditable workflow. Results from the Extracted Policy Requirements and Policy Comparison screens can be exported to Excel for offline review or internal sign-off.

Note: KYRA:Policy can only be enabled on one tenant at a time. Contact your Fenergo representative to have it enabled on your tenant.

This enhancement increases the global metadata extraction page limit for Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) from 5 pages to 10 pages, allowing metadata values such as signatures, certification dates, and expiry dates that appear beyond page 5 to be correctly extracted. The document classification page limit remains unchanged at 5 pages, with both limits now configured independently of each other.

This release introduces Hierarchy Comparison Insights within the Related Party step of the External Data – Entity Enrichment task. This summary highlights missing entities, missing associations and other differences and supports the user in making informed decisions on whether to retain, update or remove associations.

KYRA:Screen's hit adjudication logic has been updated to improve consistency and accuracy across entity types.

KYRA:Screen now supports AI-powered summarisation of articles linked within the Sources tab of a screening match. Analysts can generate structured per-source summaries and a consolidated overview to review key information more efficiently.

This release introduces AI Assist for the External Data – Entity Enrichment task in the Entity Details and Related Parties steps. When enabled, AI Assist supports enrichment by assisting with data resolution and deduplication, while providing transparency and insights.
