In August last year, we replaced the table component used in many areas of Fenergo, including data groups. The new component came with an integrated "+" button to add new entries to the table. For Data groups, Customer feedback told us we no longer needed the original named add buttons (same function), so we have now removed them leaving the standard "+" icon inside the table as the single Add control. This change applies to all editable Data Group contexts and does not affect existing functionality, configuration, permissions, or read-only views.
The recently released Document Metadata Policy Trigger Condition feature has been removed from the platform. Following release, we identified an issue that affects environments with high volumes of documents, and in order to protect the platform stability for all clients we have made the decision to remove this feature at this time while we work on a more robust solution. If you have already begun configuring this feature, please reach out to your Fenergo representitive who will be happy to advise on alternative approaches in the interim. We apologise for any disruption this may cause.
We have introduced new validations to set limits to number columns relative to other number columns. If an entered value meets a limit condition, the configured error message will be displayed. This capability is available for data groups in all contexts.
We have now introduced Read Only Validation for Data Group Policy Requirements. This will allow users to display Data Group grids in Journeys in a Read Only format. The purpose behind this is to allow users to capture Data Group Entries in one task, and expose them in a Read Only / Review format in another task.
