The Product Risk Assessment task now excludes products that are leaving a client relationship. Products with a lifecycle status of Offboarding or Offboarded are removed before the assessment begins, so that an entity's product risk reflects only the products it actively holds.

This is feature will affect how product risk is calculated and does not have a configurable opt-in mechanism. For tenants with the Product domain enabled, the change is available in non-live tenants from 26 August 2026 and will be enabled in all live tenants from 29 September 2026. To have it applied to your live tenant earlier, contact your Fenergo Client Partner.

Administrators can now configure negative threshold boundaries in Risk Models. This enables risk models that incorporate mitigating factors — where certain inputs actively reduce the overall risk score — to be configured without restriction.

The Investment Account Risk Assessment task enables automatic risk calculation for each Investment Account linked to an Investor entity. Using a configurable risk model, risk configuration model, and threshold model, the task scores each in-scope account independently and persists the results to Investment Account-level datakeys — making per-account risk scores and ratings available for use in policy conditions, entity risk models, and journey routing rules.

Completed Investment Account Risk Assessment and Bank Account Risk Assessment tasks will now display a read-only Assessment Outcome banner showing the Aggregate Risk Category and Aggregate Risk Score.

Adds configuration on the Risk Model screen to set numeric thresholds at Risk Factor Group level and assign a colour to each threshold band across Overall, Group and Factor. Group thresholds drive band mapping for that Group; if not configured, the Overall model applies.

If colours not configured, system default applies.

A user interface has been added to the Related Party Risk Review task. This enhancement allows users to view the full breakdown of input values used to calculate each risk factor for a given related party. The UI includes aggregate and per-party scores, relationship details, and a drill-down into the contributing risk data.

This enhancement is available without configuration changes, but it does not apply retroactively to tasks completed before this date. To access the updated view, the task must be re-run.

This enhancement introduces the ability to bulk upload risk configuration items using a CSV file.

It reduces the manual effort of uploading items one by one by allowing configurators to prepare a CSV file of values and their associated risk levels, then uploading them all at once.

This feature removes the validation that prevented users from adding a Risk Assessment task (of any type) to a process within a stage that was configured with process completion order set to 'In any order'. This allows you to complete jurisdictional KYC requirements within the same stage, improving overall onboarding times by better supporting parallel work effort.

This feature will introduce a new Bank Account Risk Assessment task to Fenergo SaaS that will calculate bank account risk for each bank account that has been added or edited within a journey, along with the aggregated risk of all bank accounts associated with an entity.
