Document Expiry Indicators on Related Party Cards

Document status indicators on Related Party cards have been refined to give Portal users a clearer signal on document expiry. A red indicator now identifies related parties with expired documents, an amber indicator highlights documents due to expire within the next 90 days, and the previous "no valid documents" warning indicator has been removed.

The following changes apply to the Standard Related Party, Outreach New Related Parties and Outreach Existing Related Parties task types.

  • A red indicator is displayed when one or more of the related party's documents have expired. The green tick is not shown while the red indicator is present.
  • An amber indicator is displayed when one or more documents are due to expire within the next 90 days and none have yet expired. As the documents remain valid, the green tick continues to display alongside it. Uploading a new in-date document before the expiry date clears the amber indicator.
  • Both indicators are displayed only when the Enforce Mandatory RP Data Capture task setting is enabled. When it is disabled, no expiry indicators are displayed regardless of document status.
  • Document expiry is evaluated against all document expiry date keys configured on the task, rather than the first key only.
