Outreach Related Parties V2 Task

Outreach Related Parties V2 is a new, unified task that amalgamates the existing Outreach New Related Parties and Outreach Existing Related Parties tasks into a single experience whilst also introducing new functionality.

Portal users can now add, amend and remove related parties from one screen, with a refreshed card-based layout and clear status chips showing whether each related party's details and documents are complete. Amendments and removal requests are captured as structured, field-level changes and held pending back-office review, rather than being left as a free-text comment for Fenergo platform users to interpret. The task also supports the configuration of additional categories beyond Related Party Basic Details, adds Documents V2 support with inline document guidance and drag-and-drop upload, and enforces field-level validation so portal users know exactly what's outstanding before they can complete the task.
