Outreach Related Parties Review Task: Proposed Changes

As part of the newly introduced Related Parties Outreach Experience, enhancements have been made to the Outreach Related Parties Review Task. When a journey uses the new Outreach Related Parties V2 task, the second tab of the Outreach Related Parties Review Task will now work as a Proposed Changes tab, giving Fenergo users a clear, field-level view of what a portal user has proposed to change on each related party.

Rather than a free-text comment; reviewers see side-by-side field-level differences, Current Value versus the proposed Outreach Value for every amendment. For removal, a clearly flagged removal request with any comments left by the portal user. All existing related parties are listed within this tab, with chips marking which ones have a pending amendment or removal request. Such changes can be reviewed, accepted, and imported. The "New Related Parties" tab and its deduplication behaviour remain unchanged as part of this new experience.
