Display Products on the Entity Profile Page V2

The Portal now includes a Products Tab on the Entity Profile Page (V2), providing Portal users with a clear and structured view of all products associated with an entity.

Configurators can configure whether this tab appears for each role, allowing role-based visibility of product information.

Journeys Dashboard: Display Journey Information

The Portal now supports direct navigation from the Journeys Dashboard into a detailed Journey Overview.

This provides users with clearer visibility of in-flight journeys and quick access to journey data, documents and information aligned with the Profile Page V2 experience.

Search Dashboard: Support Multiple Search Values

The Portal now supports searching by multiple values within dropdown filters on the Search Dashboard.

This enhancement enables users to perform broader and more flexible searches using IN-based filtering, improving efficiency and reducing the need for repeated queries.

Journeys Dashboard

The Portal now includes a new dashboard type, the Journeys Dashboard. This dashboard allows Portal users such as Fund Managers to view and track the progress of all journeys currently in progress for their associated investors.
This provides a single, consolidated view of journey activity directly in the Portal, giving external users visibility into onboarding and review progress without needing access to the Fenergo system.

Enhanced Tooltips and Document Requirement Guidance

Portal administrators can now configure enhanced tooltips and inline document guidance to help users better understand data fields and document requirements.

These improvements make the Portal more intuitive by providing clear, contextual explanations without cluttering the user interface.

Portal UX Improvements

A set of Portal UX Improvements have been introduced to enhance clarity, guidance, and visual feedback for end users. These enhancements make the Portal easier to navigate and more intuitive, while maintaining alignment with client branding across visual modes.

Enable Multiple Categories of Information on the Profile Page

The Portal now supports displaying multiple configured categories of information on the Entity Profile Page (V2). Depending on role configuration, users can view all relevant categories for each entity type (Company, Individual, or Other) in a clear, organised layout, instead of being restricted to a single category view.

Enable Multiple Roles to be Assigned

Portal users can now be assigned up to five roles, allowing them to access multiple dashboards within the Portal. This update provides greater flexibility and visibility across different dashboards while maintaining secure, role-based permissions.

Filtering Investment Accounts - Limiting Access

Portal administrators can now configure how investment accounts are displayed to Portal users with the introduction of a new Filter Investment Accounts toggle. This control ensures that users either see all onboarded investment accounts or only those linked to funds they are explicitly entitled to, improving security and oversight across dashboards.
