Clients can now customise the Portal’s look and feel using the new Custom CSS Styling feature. This enables rapid, branded, visual updates and customisation across Standard and High Contrast modes.

It allows users to view, search, and download documents directly associated with a client profile, independent of launching a Journey. The tab is accessible from the View Client Details section and improves document accessibility across the platform. Admins can configure visibility and applicable document types via Role Configuration.
The Trader Portal supports configuration options that mirror the Standard Portal, allowing for consistent user experience. This includes the ability to update details by launching maintenance requests.
This feature introduces toggles in the Trader Request that allows Portal admin to control whether capturing product information is mandatory or optional for new and existing clients. This change introduces flexibility to accommodate different use cases and scenarios. Clients will be able to toggle the enforcement of product capture to either mandatory or optional and depending on the type of request.
This feature introduces enhanced validation for the Related Party task within the Portal. It allows configurators to enforce mandatory review for related parties and enables portal users to clearly see the completion status of each Related Party. Clients can enable or disable this validation using the “Enforce Mandatory Related Party Data Capture” toggle.
By default, the email sender on email templates is INFO. Now, this is configurable and can be updated through a service request via Jira. The Requested Change: Update Email Sender Name. Note: Emails sent from Auth0 won't be changed to V2 until Portal Configuration is updated from FenX UI.
