Outreach Template

This feature introduces a second outreach email template to the Portal Configuration section. Configurators will now be able to select between two distinct email templates when creating an outreach snapshot.

Edit Products

This feature allows Portal users to complete missing product information, edit product details, and delete products within the Portal.

Launch Maintenance Requests

This feature enables the launching of maintenance journeys for an entity/investor in the Portal, and in doing so, allows users to update and edit details in a journey.

Remove Legal Entity Link Button

This feature allows Portal Admin to enable/disable the Remove Legal Entity Link Button, allowing Portal users to remove a link to the Legal Entity on the profile page.

External Data Support – New Request Flow

This feature enables streamlined user data entry by sourcing information directly from an external data provider. It optimizes entity selection and search processes, reducing manual input and ensuring accurate data retrieval.

Support Account related Fund Trigger Condition

This enhancement supports the ability for conditions to be configured that automatically trigger certain actions based on the related party (fund) associated with an investment. The trigger condition applies across data fields, document requirements, and ownership and control requirements.
