Search Dashboard – Restrict Access to Entities

Portal administrators can now enforce access restrictions on the Search Dashboard, ensuring that Portal users only see and interact with entities they are explicitly permitted to access. If no filters are configured, users can access all entities retrieved from Fenergo. When filters are applied, users are strictly limited to entities matching their assigned filter values. Attempted access to restricted entities (e.g., via saved URLs) is blocked, and users are redirected to the Search Dashboard with an explanatory message.

Documents UX Improvements

Portal users can now benefit from an enhanced Documents V2 experience, featuring improved visibility of requirements, clear card-based layout and guidance, and a simplified view of outstanding documents. This all leads to a more intuitive and streamlined document submission experience.

Advanced Search Dashboard

The Advanced Search Dashboard introduces a new dashboard type in the Standard Portal enabling Portal users to search for Company and Individual entities using configurable filters. It provides a table-based search experience for investor-related data.

Configuration Exchange Support for Portal Roles

This feature introduces the supporting of Configuration Exchange for Portal Roles. Portal Admin are now able to import Portal Roles across environments through configuration exchange, allowing for a reduction in manual configuration and increased time savings.

Display Documents on Entity Profile Page

This feature introduces a dedicated Documents tab on the Portal Entity Profile page. It allows users to view, search, and download documents directly associated with a client profile, independent of launching a Journey. The tab is accessible from the View Client Details section and improves document accessibility across the platform. Admins can configure visibility and applicable document types via Role Configuration.

Trader Request: Enforce Product Capture

This feature introduces toggles in the Trader Request that allows Portal admin to control whether capturing product information is mandatory or optional for new and existing clients. This change introduces flexibility to accommodate different use cases and scenarios. Clients will be able to toggle the enforcement of product capture to either mandatory or optional and depending on the type of request.
