Clients using SSO or custom portals can now configure the URL for buttons in three email templates: Outreach, Delegated Notification, and Front Office. The URL will be fixed across all templates and will no longer include journey-specific information. Updates to the URL will require a request to the product team. Button text remains editable in Outreach and Delegated Notification templates. Modifications to Auth0 emails are not supported.

Multiple processes are now supported within the outreach stage. If a process does not contain the "Create Outreach Snapshot" task or "Import Outreach Snapshot", the Task completion order of "In Any Order" may be selected.

This feature increases role flexibility by allowing up to 50 roles per tenant, including two non-deletable default roles (Standard and Client). Configurators can create, edit, and manage roles via a new "+ADD" button, and administrators can delete roles (except defaults). Users will be reassigned to a default role if their assigned role is deleted.

This feature introduces a new toggle to hide deferred documents from portal users, similar to the existing functionality for hiding waived documents. The toggle is configurable, allowing clients to decide whether to display or hide deferred documents based on user role. By default, deferred documents will be visible, maintaining the current behavior.

The user will have the ability to Enforce Ownership and Control Guidance as part of the Standard Related Party task, guiding the user through the process of adding related parties. Previously this was guidance only

Clients who use the authentication approach of username/Password and want to avoid users navigating to the Portal Homepage before navigating to the login screen can append /redirecttologin to the URL.

Enhancements within Policy now integrate Product data into rule construction across several configuration options, enabling more precise and dynamic rule-based actions. Users can now trigger automated actions on Entity Data or Documents based on specific Product trigger conditions in the portal.

Allow the suppression of the verification email when a portal user is added in Fen X via the quick link task or via portal user management

Portal users will be able to add one or many products during a journey and provide details about the type of product and any additional data requirements.

This feature allows clients to filter based on the field types Number and Dropdowns to more easily search and find the information they need.
