Salesforce CLM Journeys Dashboard

Salesforce users can now have a centralised view of all in progress journey activity in one centralised location. Actions such as Change Journey Owner, Change Account Owner and Change Journey State can now be taken directly from the dashboard.

My Journeys View

Salesforce users can now have a personalised view of which Journeys they are assigned as a Journey Owner to, enabling users to view and take action more efficiently as their view allows them to focus solely on work assigned to them.

External Data Combined Task

Salesforce now supports the External Data Combined Task. This feature enables the Salesforce user to enrich entity and client records with verified information from the external data provider, Orbis.

Document V2 Functionality for Related Parties

Salesforce now supports the Document collection aspect of Fenergo’s Related Party Data and Documents Task. This feature allows all documents to be captured directly within Salesforce for in scope related parties. These document V2 capabilities allow Salesforce users to upload, waive or defer documents

Salesforce: Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Fenergo’s Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are now supported in Salesforce, allowing users to view and track journey deadlines directly within Salesforce. This ensures consistent visibility of SLA commitments across Fenergo and Salesforce, improving efficiency and oversight.

Mandatory Search Parameters

This feature introduces Mandatory Search Parameters which ensure that entity searches in the Salesforce Plugin cannot be executed unless all mandatory fields are completed. This aligns with the behaviour in Fenergo's “New Request” screen.

Documents V2 Task: Acceptable Documents and Descriptions

As part of the Docs V2 Task in Salesforce, Acceptable Document Types and Document Descriptions are now supported. This will allow Admin to input acceptable document type descriptions, allowing Salesforce users like Relationship Managers to know what documents they need to prepare.
